Majestec Security Doors and Windows passes performance requirements in accordance with Australian Standard (AS). Our products are tested by recognizable laboratory accredited by international accreditation bodies. This can ensure our products are durable with absolute security.

“Quality” has always been an axiom and similarly permeated every stage of the manufacturing processes. Product quality check must be ”PASSED” before passing on to the next stage. This is to ensure any part of Majestec products is met the same stringent quality standards.

Majestec determines quality assurance as a vital tool for product developments and continuous improvements. It is obvious that Majestec has internal laboratory and test equipments relevant to international security standards, for example Tensile Test, Dynamic Impact Test, Salt Spray Test and Knife Shear Test. Necessarily, we train, develop and encourage our people to become professional, transparent and trustful. In addition, we are expanding a scope of laboratory and test equipments to facilitate internal performance testing for product assurance.

What are the compulsory tests of Majestec Security Doors and Windows ?

Knife Shear Test AS 5041-2003

A standardized compliance test for security doors & windows : a specifically selectd knife is used to simulate an attack on the mesh, repeated 3 times, in a constant directional force (vertical force 15 kg (150 N); horizonal force 35 kg (350 N); at a velocity of 6 mn/sec). MAJESTEC successfully passes and exceeds Knife Shear Testing in a accordance with AS 5041-2003

Dynamic Impact Test AS 5041-2003

Another standardized compliance test applied to ensure impact resistance to the fixing system of a sash panel and companents. The test comprises a heavy bag (42 kg) swung to directly impact the mesh, repeated 5 times, in varying directions. MAJESTEC easily passes and exceeds Dynamics Impact Testing in accordance with AS 5041-2003

Jemmy Test AS 5041-2003

A strength test design to simulate attempted forced-entry by burglars and intruders using an implemnt to prise open doors and windows or break locks and hinges by applying leverage forces against the locking, fastening and hinging points. MAJESTEC easily passes and exceeds Jemmy Testing in accordance with AS 5041-2003.

Salt Spray Test ASTM B117

A strength test design to simulate attempted forced-entry by burglars and intruders using an implemnt to prise open doors and windows or break locks and hinges by applying leverage forces against the locking, fastening and hinging points. MAJESTEC easily passes and exceeds Jemmy Testing in accordance with AS 5041-2003.
