High Tensile Wire Mesh 
Majestec products integrate the latest advances in high tensile wire materials, which are woven into high quality stainless steel mesh. High tensile wire represents the strength of the mesh and is important to prevent intruders from cutting it. With our specially formulated wire, our products exceed the Australian standard: Knife Shear Test AS5041-2003.
 
Coating
Coating 
Coatings provide corrosion resistance to metallic parts. Majestec wire mesh and aluminium frames are powder coated in house, using the most advanced technology and equipments. We have licensed Platinum application accreditation with the world’s leading powder coating suppliers. Majestec powder coatings are continually tested by both internal and external laboratories to ensure the product integrity. The powder coating meets/exceeds all coating standards in order to fulfill the product lifespan for more than 7 years. Currently, Majestec powder coatings exceed the standard: Salt Spray Test (ASTM B117) of 1,000 hours to 10,000 hours. Majestec offers an extensive range of colours and special finishes. Anodising in black, bronze and clear is also available on request for the frames.

Majestec frames are made from 6063-T5 aluminium, which features heavy duty extruded aluminium and provide a thicker wall for higher protection against intruders.
